Review summary
Based on recent reviews

Guests consistently praise the hotel's beautiful and stylish rooms, often described as spacious, and appreciate the strong water pressure in the showers. The location is considered perfect, with a tram stop right outside and within easy reach of cafes, restaurants, and key Lisbon attractions. While some guests in top-floor rooms found them tiny and noted limited storage, many enjoyed the rooftop patio with harbor views available from attic rooms, as well as the delicious and varied breakfast, sometimes served in a charming inner garden.

a nice stay

local restaurantgreat breakfastgreat servicepeeling paint
the staff provided valuable recommendations for local restaurants , and i found a noteworthy bookstore just across the street. breakfast included many choices , perfect for a travel day. the hotel contacted me before my stay , and this showed their great service.
i noted some necessary repairs to the wall and bathroom , for example , paint was peeling.

the team was friendly, and that met my expectations
The lack of an elevator was annoying. there were many stairs, and i had to carry my luggage up without assistance. i also noticed a strong smell of dog on the stairs. It was really unpleasant
